Stacking records can lead to warping over a longer period of time. Vinyl records should be stored in a clean and dry location providing a consistent temperature.

Like with any manufacturing process, some curiosities can always appear. Variations in the color of your colored vinyl disc are normal and will not affect the playability of your record.  

There may be dust or dirt in the grooves of the surface of the vinyl record. The first option would be a professional cleaning of the record. The technical process for cutting grooves to vinyl master discs are the same for all vinyl records.  The weight has no impact on that standard procedure and almost no influence on sound quality. In general, the stylus tip in the groove is able to readjust a limited depth. Anything below a certain point is missed. The sound quality of a certain recording is mainly defined by the pressing process as well as the quality of the source material and the mastering process.
